At just twelve years old, Salina made her styling debut by taking a pair of scissors to her younger sister's hair. That early experiment sparked a lifelong passion, and she quickly realized that being a master hair stylist was the career she was born to pursue.
Understanding how deeply hair impacts a person's confidence, she dedicated herself to studying, working hard, and seizing every opportunity to grow. After graduating from Sherman Kendall’s Academy she fast-tracked her career by apprenticing under LeAnn Matthews and Kathy Maynes—two of Salt Lake City's top stylists. Under their mentorship, she mastered advanced color application and color correction, learning exactly how to transform past hair disasters into beautiful, healthy results. To elevate her craft even further, Salina trained in precision cutting under the legendary Robert Steur at Robert Steur & Friends Hair Salon. She then mastered the business side of the industry under John Erazuma, owner of The Hair Station. She has joined the vision of Natulique certified organic beauty to bring safety to you as her client.
